1. Corporate Dividends: Enjoy an average dividend of 20% of the group's annual profit.

2. Working Hours: Work five days a week, with Saturday and Sunday off, and observe statutory holidays.

3. Five Insurances and One Fund: Upon employment, contributions are made to endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work-related injury insurance, maternity insurance, and housing provident fund.

4. Labor Relations: An employment contract, including a probationary period of 6-12 months, is signed upon employment.

5.
