Fire Drill: Preventing Fires Before They Start - Taikai Electrical Appliances Conducts Emergency Fire Drill

Emergency drills begin in the mind; prevention lies in action. To further strengthen the company's employees' fire safety awareness, popularize fire safety knowledge, and improve employees' ability to handle fire emergencies. SHANDONG TAIKAI ELECTRICAL CO., LTD. organized a fire accident safety drill in 2022.

This drill was divided into three parts: fire safety knowledge training, simulated fire handling, and practical use of fire equipment. The training content included detailed lectures and training on fire equipment use, fire extinguishing methods, Notices, fire hazards, and emergency self-rescue knowledge. After the training, the company's safety and environmental protection leaders assigned drill tasks to each group, and the fire accident safety drill proceeded in an orderly manner.

After the fire broke out, employees immediately shouted and ran to the nearest fire extinguisher. Surrounding employees immediately formed a firefighting force, carrying fire extinguishers to the scene. The evacuation team guided employees to evacuate urgently and established a警戒区 (security zone). Communication team members reported the situation to the workshop leaders and notified the electricians to cut off the power. The section chief reported to the company leaders, and the company leaders arrived at the scene to direct the operation. Firefighting team members arrived at the scene with fire hoses to extinguish the fire. Finally, the fire was safely extinguished, and the drill ended.

Finally, employees were organized to conduct practical exercises with fire safety equipment, demonstrating the use of fire extinguishers, Notices during the fire extinguishing process, and emergency handling. This further improved employees' fire safety awareness and practical operational skills.

Through this fire accident drill, the scientific validity of the company's "Fire Accident Emergency Plan" was verified, improving the self-rescue ability and fire prevention awareness of all employees in the event of a sudden fire accident, minimizing losses caused by fire, and improving the company's overall emergency response capabilities and skills.
