Recently, ShanDong TaiKai Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. held a unique painting competition themed "Enterprise Safety, Joint Construction of Family and Enterprise - Children's Hearts Paint Safety." The aim was to promote enterprise safety culture, instill safety awareness in employees and their families, and enhance the safety consciousness of company employees. I. Objectives and Significance of the Activity

This activity, themed "Enterprise Safety, Joint Construction of Family and Enterprise," used children's imaginative artwork to convey safety knowledge artistically. It aimed to encourage families and enterprises to focus on safety together, fostering a strong safety atmosphere. The activity targeted children aged 3-14 of all company employees, aiming to showcase their understanding and perception of safety from a child's perspective, while also encouraging employees to place greater importance on family safety education.

II. Activity Process

The artwork collection period ran from June 19, 2025 to June 23, 2025, receiving numerous submissions from employees' children. These works varied in form, including watercolors, oil paintings, crayon drawings, sketches, and comics, with standard sizes of A3 or A4. The theme of the works closely followed "Enterprise Safety, Joint Construction of Family and Enterprise," covering aspects such as enterprise safety production, road traffic safety, fire safety, water, electricity, and gas safety, emergency preparedness, self-rescue and mutual aid knowledge, and hazard identification and management.

During the judging process, a panel composed of department heads and employee representatives comprehensively evaluated the works based on theme expression, creative ideas, painting techniques, and color use. The selection process adhered to the principles of fairness, impartiality, and transparency, ensuring the authority and credibility of the results.

III. Award Settings and Winners

This activity had two groups: a preschool group (3-6 years old) and a children's group (7-14 years old). Each group had one first prize, two second prizes, five third prizes, and several merit awards. After intense competition, a batch of excellent works were selected.
