The workshop was spacious and bright, the clean floor subtly green. A gentle breeze lightly brushed against the skin, unconsciously making one feel refreshed. Although the lunch break was short, the workers gathered together under the electric fans, chatting and laughing, discussing their lives—who bought a house, whose wife was about to give birth, who was making good progress at work. There was always plenty to talk about. But these days, the main topic was the 7.3-meter-diameter industrial energy-saving fan overhead. Its rotation wasn't fast, but it effectively moved the air, not only ventilating, dehumidifying, and de-moisturizing, but also solving the heat that had long been hated by colleagues, providing a cooling effect. Now, the workers no longer work up a sweat; in this comfortable and pleasant environment, their enthusiasm has increased.
The work bell rang, and the workers went to their respective posts and started working hard. The company has always attached great importance to caring for and showing concern for the workshop's frontline workers, regarding employees as the core capital for the company's growth and development.
