In July, under the scorching sun, I stood beneath this enormous industrial energy-saving fan (seven meters in diameter), yet felt none of the summer heat. It swept away the sweltering heat and dust, bringing us a cool world. Unknowingly, four months have passed since I joined the Taikai family—a truly fruitful journey!

July's heat is intense, the sun blazing overhead. Yet, standing beneath this seven-meter-diameter "giant" (industrial energy-saving fan), I feel no summer heat at all. It chases away the scorching heat and dust, bringing us a cool world. Unknowingly, four months have passed since joining the Taikai family—a truly fruitful journey!

Since joining the company, management has instilled in each of us the corporate culture of "people-oriented, emotionally engaging," along with values such as Honest, Trustworthy, Pragmatic, and Innovative. After work, numerous outdoor activities and table tennis competitions have been organized to foster teamwork. Professional knowledge is also integrated into these activities, such as switch assembly skill competitions, which cultivate professional expertise and improve work efficiency. Furthermore, numerous safety-themed training sessions have been conducted, including fire escape drills and safety education videos, reinforcing the safety rules: "I am a Taikai person; I prioritize safety at work; I strictly follow operating procedures and labor discipline; I fulfill my job responsibilities and wear safety equipment; I resist the three violations and avoid the four harms; for every minute on the job, I ensure sixty seconds of safety." These experiences have not only enhanced my safety awareness but also taught me the importance of safety to the company, my family, and myself.

"Integrity and ambition abound, daring to view the mountains and rivers." Taikai Electric takes pride in its strength and resilience, constantly striving for progress. As a new employee, I am grateful for the encouragement from my leaders and the help from my colleagues since joining the company. I am determined to work together with the company and contribute my part to its development, becoming a qualified Taikai employee.
