First acquaintance with Taikai Electrical Appliances

With lingering fondness for my campus life and bright hopes for the future, I joined Taikai Electric Co., Ltd. This period has been a significant chapter in my life's journey. Under the guidance of my leaders and with the care and support of my colleagues, my work and life have gradually settled into a routine. Over the past month, I have been constantly learning and growing. I would like to briefly summarize my feelings, thoughts, and future work plans.

　　With a lingering fondness for campus life and a hopeful outlook for the future, I joined Taikai Electric. This period has been a significant chapter in my life's journey. Under the guidance of my leaders and with the support of my colleagues, my work and life have gradually settled into a routine. Over the past month, I have been constantly learning and growing. I would like to briefly summarize my feelings, thoughts, and future work plans.

　　At Taikai Electric, the company first emphasized that safety in production is paramount. Our initial training focused on safety and company regulations. This training highlighted the importance of safety and the necessity of following company arrangements and leadership instructions. Only by ensuring personal safety can we effectively perform our work; safety is paramount.

　　We also received training on the company's culture. Understanding and embracing the company culture fosters a sense of unity. I strive to contribute to the company, and the company, in return, provides for me. I identify with Taikai Group's corporate spirit of "Honest, Trustworthy, Pragmatic, Innovative" and its corporate mission of "Pursue the Perfect, Contribute to Society." I always adhere to the principle of "Today's quality is tomorrow's market" and uphold the corporate culture of "Creating high-quality products and exceeding customer satisfaction."

　　Following this, I began my internship on the production line. The intensive production and assembly internship allowed me to understand the specific products and their uses. More importantly, it marked my transition from student to company employee. I no longer arrive late or am lazy; I have learned to persevere and endure hardship.

　　Through a month of work, I have identified several shortcomings. For example, I communicate less with colleagues, lack thoughtful consideration in my work, and neglect to summarize my experiences. My approach to many tasks lacks maturity and comprehensive planning. In future work, I will proactively strengthen communication with colleagues, continuously learn and summarize to expand my knowledge, and strive to improve my work performance, ensuring that every task is completed to a high standard. I will also work on self-cultivation, correct my behavior, and proactively enhance my learning.

　　This is a summary of my first month. In my future work, I will dedicate myself to my work and contribute to Taikai Electric.
