Product Introduction
TKDM5G-250 The Moulded-case circuit-breaker (MCCB) (smart measuring switch) is a modular, intelligent measuring switch specially developed by our company based on the current needs for analyzing and replacing inaccurate smart electricity meters. It deeply integrates traditional Moulded-case circuit-breakers (MCCBs) with high-precision measurement, communication, high-precision clocks, event alarms, and recording functions. This product is suitable for low-voltage distribution lines with AC 50Hz, Rated voltage AC440V or less, and Rated current not exceeding 250A. It has overload, short-circuit, and short-circuit short-delay protection functions. It can also achieve high-precision measurement of current, voltage, power, energy, and power factor. It supports RS485 and HPLC communication functions. The measurement unit is hot-swappable and interchangeable, providing data support for low-voltage distribution area line loss analysis and load analysis, and meeting the requirements of refined electricity management.

Normal operating ambient temperature: -25℃~+55℃, extreme ambient temperature -40℃~+70℃;
Installation altitude: Not exceeding 2000m (consultation with the manufacturer is required for high-altitude areas);
At a maximum temperature of +40℃, the relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 50%. At lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is permissible, e.g., 90% at 20℃. Special measures should be taken for condensation occasionally caused by temperature changes;

Precise measurement: The circuit breaker has a built-in high-precision current transformer, which monitors various power parameters of the power grid system in real time. The metering accuracy is 0.5s level, providing data support for the entire area line loss analysis and load analysis.
Convenient communication: The measurement unit has an RS485 communication port and an HPLC carrier communication module, and can be expanded with Bluetooth communication to achieve self-organizing communication networks and topology identification.
