Scope of Application and Main Features

The TKDM1L series circuit breaker with residual current protection (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is suitable for AC 50Hz, rated insulation voltage 1000V, rated voltage 400V, and rated current up to 630A distribution networks for infrequent switching and infrequent motor starting. The circuit breaker has overload, short-circuit, undervoltage, and residual current protection functions, which can protect the lines and power equipment from damage, and also provide protection against ground faults and indirect contact in the circuit.

This series of circuit breakers features compact structure, small size, high breaking capacity, and complete internal and external accessories.

Operating and Installation Conditions

The ambient air temperature should not exceed +40℃, and the average temperature over 24 hours should not exceed +35℃. The lower limit of the ambient air temperature is -5℃. Note: For operating conditions where the ambient air temperature is higher than +40℃ or lower than -5℃, users should consult the manufacturer;

The altitude of the installation location should not exceed 2000m;

When the highest temperature is +40℃, the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 50%. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, for example, 90% at 20℃. Special measures should be taken for condensation occasionally caused by temperature changes;

In places where there is no explosive medium in the air and no gases and conductive dust that can corrode metals and damage insulation;

In places free from rain and snow;

Pollution degree is level 3;

The maximum inclination angle for circuit breaker installation is ±22.5°;

Installation category: The installation category of the main circuit of the circuit breaker is Ⅲ, and the installation category of the auxiliary circuit and control circuit not connected to the main circuit is Ⅱ;

The circuit breaker should be installed and used according to the product manual requirements; Note: The TKDM1L series residual current circuit breaker is generally top-in and bottom-out (i.e., 1, 3, 5 are the power terminals, and 2, 4, 6 are the load terminals). If the user needs a reverse-in type product, it should be specified when ordering;
