TKDC3 series AC contactors

The TKDC3 series AC contactors (hereinafter referred to as contactors) are mainly used in AC 50Hz or 60Hz power systems with a rated insulation voltage of 690V and a rated working current of up to 630A to connect and disconnect circuits. They can be combined with appropriate thermal overload relays to protect circuits that may be overloaded. The contactors are suitable for frequently starting and controlling AC motors.

Scope of application

Standards Compliance

The TKDC3 series AC contactors comply with the following standards:

IEC 60947-4-1:2009 and GB/T 14048.4-2010 Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear - Electromechanical contactors and motor starters

Operating and Installation Conditions

Ambient air temperature: -5℃~+40℃; and the 24h average value does not exceed +35°C;

The altitude of the installation location does not exceed 2000m;

At +40℃, the relative humidity of the atmosphere does not exceed 50%; at lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is allowed. The monthly average minimum temperature of the wettest month does not exceed 25℃, and the monthly average maximum relative humidity of that month does not exceed 90%. Measures must be taken for condensation on the product due to temperature changes;

Pollution degree: Grade 3;

Installation category: Category Ⅲ;

Installation conditions: The inclination of the mounting surface to the vertical surface is not more than +5°;

Impact and vibration: The product should be installed and used in places without significant shaking, impact, and vibration;

Structural Features
