This product is suitable for AC 50Hz, rated voltage AC400V and below, three-phase four-wire low-voltage power distribution lines with directly grounded neutral points. In addition to overload, short-circuit, leakage, overvoltage, and undervoltage protection functions, it can also achieve high-precision measurement of power parameters such as current, voltage, power factor, and temperature, providing data support for the entire area's power supply and load response, truly realizing intelligent power distribution of the Internet of Things. Complete Functions The Circuit-breaker has complete protection functions, including overload long-delay, short-circuit instantaneous/short-delay, residual current, overvoltage/undervoltage, terminal and contact overheating, and power generation current monitoring. The Circuit-breaker integrates an electric operating mechanism and an intelligent control chip, with manual/electric/remote operation and leakage automatic reclosing (can be turned off) functions.

Convenient Communication The Circuit-breaker has an RS485 communication port and a pluggable HPLC dual-mode communication module, which can match various communication protocols: MODBUS-RTU, DL/T 645, DL/T 698, etc. It can communicate with intelligent distribution transformer terminals, host computers, etc., and realize communication self-networking through uplink carrier communication and downlink low-power wireless communication. It has functions for recording and querying various historical stored data.

Passive Islanding Protection When the power grid is off, without relying on the inverter's own islanding protection, it cuts off the connection between the photovoltaic power generation system and the low-voltage power distribution network. It detects whether the system is in an islanding state by detecting the amplitude, frequency, phase, and harmonic content of the voltage at the inverter output end, i.e., the common point voltage.

Precise Measurement It has a Chinese LCD display unit for intuitive and clear parameter setting. It reads various power parameters and fault information online. The Circuit-breaker monitors various power parameters of the power grid system in real time. The current and voltage measurement accuracy is 0.5s level, and the active power, reactive power, and frequency measurement accuracy is 1.0 level, providing data support for the entire area's power supply and load response.

Safe and Reliable The intelligent controller embeds independent protection, measurement, and communication microprocessor modules to improve work reliability. It has functional current transformers: metering current transformers, protection current transformers, and power supply current transformers, providing more reliable electrical signals for the chip. It has an independent power supply module, ensuring that the circuit operates normally under no-load conditions.

Energized Grid Connection Protection for Photovoltaic Power Generation It simultaneously detects the input and output voltages of the Circuit-breaker. When the Circuit-breaker is in the open state, it prohibits the photovoltaic inverter from energizing the grid. Only when the grid-side voltage and frequency are normal and there is no output voltage on the photovoltaic side is closing allowed.
