Stand working conditions and installation conditions

Maximum ambient temperature +40℃, minimum ambient temperature -5℃. Users can specify a minimum temperature of no less than -25℃. The average temperature over 24 hours must not exceed +35℃. If exceeded, derating operation is required depending on the actual situation.

For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the installation location should not exceed 2000m.

The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of +40℃, and higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures. For example, 90% at +20℃. The possibility of occasional condensation due to temperature changes should be considered.

The inclination of the equipment during installation should not exceed 5° from the vertical plane.

The equipment should be installed in places free from strong vibrations and impacts, and in places where the electrical components will not be corroded.

Structural Features

The electrical components in the distribution box are installed using rails. The internal electrical switches use components with a width of 9mm modules, mounted on top-hat rails. They can be combined arbitrarily as needed, and the height of the installation rails is adjustable, which is particularly convenient for concealed installations.

The box door has a security lock to prevent unauthorized access. The inside of the box has a protective plate to prevent contact with live wiring points and busbars. Live parts and other components are covered inside the protective plate. Switch handles are exposed, allowing for convenient operation by opening the outer door. The use is safe and reliable. The box has entry and exit holes on the top, bottom, left, right, and back for easy wiring.
