Standard working conditions and installation conditions

Maximum ambient temperature +40℃, minimum ambient temperature -5℃. If specially specified by the user, it can be no lower than -25℃. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35℃. If exceeded, derated operation is required based on actual conditions.

For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.

The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of +40℃. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, for example, 90% at +20℃. The effects of occasional condensation due to temperature changes should be considered.

The inclination of the equipment from the vertical plane shall not exceed 5° during installation.

The equipment should be installed in a place free from severe vibration and impact, and where electrical components will not be corroded. If users have special requirements, they can consult with the manufacturer.

Structural Features

The frame is assembled by local welding of cold-formed steel or stainless steel, and its rigidity and load-bearing capacity meet the installation requirements for electrical components.

The busbar copper bars are fixed with busbar clamps or insulators made of high-flame retardant materials, offering high mechanical strength and insulation strength.

The cabinet door is connected to the frame using rotary shaft hinges, making installation and disassembly convenient.

The instrument door, equipped with electrical components, is connected to the frame with multi-strand flexible copper wire. The installation inside the cabinet and the frame are connected with grounding knurled screws to form a complete grounding protection circuit.

Cabinet classification: By installation location: indoor type, outdoor type. By Mounting Method: wall-mounted (surface), wall-mounted (recessed), floor-standing. By Cabling type: top-in top-out, bottom-in bottom-out, top-in bottom-out, bottom-in top-out.

The cabinet protection level can be selected between IP30 and IP65 according to user requirements.

According to user and project actual needs, lifting rings can be optionally installed at the four corners of the cabinet top for easy lifting and transportation.

The cabinet coating adopts electrostatic spraying, eliminating glare, and has strong adhesion. All internal mounting parts are galvanized and passivated, enhancing "three-proof" performance.
