TKDW Series Air Circuit Breaker (ACB)

The TKDW series intelligent Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) is suitable for 50Hz AC, rated voltage up to AC800V, rated insulation voltage 1000V, rated working current 6300A and below low-voltage power distribution networks. It is used to distribute power and protect circuits and power equipment from damage caused by overloads, undervoltages, short circuits, and single-phase grounding faults. 
The circuit breaker can be equipped with various intelligent controllers, with complete protection functions. Communication-type controllers have communication interfaces and can connect to fieldbuses to realize "four remote" functions, meeting the needs of automated control.

TKDM Series Moulded-case circuit-breaker (MCCB)

The TKDM series moulded-case circuit breaker (MCCB) is suitable for AC 50Hz circuits with a rated insulation voltage of 800V and a rated voltage of 690V or less, and a rated working current of up to 800A. It is generally used for power distribution to protect lines and power equipment from damage caused by overloads, short circuits, and undervoltage faults. It can also be used in places where motors are infrequently started. 
Depending on the type of trip unit, it can be divided into thermal magnetic moulded-case circuit breakers (MCCB), electronic moulded-case circuit breakers (MCCB), and circuit breakers with residual current protection. The TKDM series moulded-case circuit breakers (MCCB) have the advantages of compact structure, small size, long life, low temperature rise, and complete internal/external accessories, meeting the requirements of different usage environments.

TKDQ series automatic transfer switch

The TKDQ series dual-power automatic transfer switch is suitable for two-power supply systems with a rated voltage of AC400V, a frequency of 50Hz, and a rated working current of up to 1600A. It serves as a switching device between the normal power supply and the backup power supply. When one power supply fails, it automatically switches between the normal and backup power supplies to ensure the continuity of power supply to important equipment. At the same time, it can provide short-circuit and overload protection for the downstream load and cables. It is mainly used in industrial control, fire protection, banks, and other important places where power outages are not allowed.

Product structural characteristics

The TKDQ1 series dual-power automatic transfer switch consists of a TKDM series Moulded-case circuit-breaker (MCCB) (three-pole or four-pole) and its accessories, a mechanical interlocking transmission mechanism, an intelligent controller, etc. The product is available in integrated and split structures.

The TKDQ2 series dual-power automatic transfer switch has an AC-33iB usage category and a CB-level electrical rating. Its structure consists of two TKDB1-63 Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs) (three-pole or four-pole) and their accessories, a mechanical interlocking transmission mechanism, an intelligent controller, etc. The product structure is integrated.

The TKDQ3 series dual-power automatic transfer switch adopts an integrated electromechanical design scheme, using reliable mechanical and electrical interlocks. The executive components use independent load isolators, ensuring safe and reliable use. The product is available in integrated and split structures.

Product features:

Reliable mechanical and electrical interlock protection between the two power supplies eliminates the possibility of the normal and backup power supplies being closed at the same time, making it safer and more reliable.

The controller circuit design adopts a power sampling and single-chip microcomputer control separation scheme, eliminating electromagnetic interference from the structural design.

It has three different control functions: self-starting and self-recovery, self-starting but not self-recovery, and grid-generator, meeting the needs of different locations.

TKDC3 Series AC Contactor

The TKDC3 series AC contactor is mainly used for AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated insulation 
voltage 690V, Rated working current up to 630A power systems to connect and disconnect circuits, and can 
be combined with appropriate thermal overload relays to protect circuits that may be overloaded. The contactor is suitable 
for frequent starting and control of AC motors. 
Features modular design, small size, low power consumption, long life, and reliable safety 
points; 32A and below products come with 1 pair of normally open or normally closed auxiliary contacts, 40~95A products are self 
equipped with 1 normally open and 1 normally closed auxiliary contact.
