Unique DC Breaking Characteristics

The biggest difference between DC and AC is that the DC arc does not pass through zero. When a short circuit occurs, it is more difficult to cut off. Therefore, how to effectively cut off the arc is crucial. The contacts adopt a super-large opening distance design to better lengthen and thin the arc, increase the arc resistance, and combined with an optimized magnetic blowout structure, a stepped gas-generating hood gas-blowing effect, and an interlaced arc-extinguishing chamber, greatly improving the natural arc-extinguishing capability.

Wideband Circuit Breaker Design

The output frequency of wind turbines is fluctuating (10-200Hz), which directly affects the performance of the circuit breaker. Our company adopts a highly reliable controller design scheme and a unique arc-extinguishing scheme to greatly improve product reliability.

Harsh Environment

Photovoltaic and wind power stations are generally built in mountains, deserts, and barren lands, with large diurnal temperature differences. The traditional electrical equipment's operating temperature range of -5°C to +40°C is far from meeting the requirements of environmental changes, and the operating environment of -40°C to +70°C has been included in the assessment standards.

(Wind power) photovoltaic power stations often suffer from humid corrosion. Electrical components need to undergo anti-salt spray treatment to ensure normal operation in humid and cold environments for extended periods, passing alternating damp heat tests.

High-altitude regions have abundant sunshine, but the high altitude leads to low atmospheric pressure, reduced insulation level, and weakened heat dissipation capacity. The traditional electrical equipment's altitude limit of 2000 meters cannot meet the requirements, and high-altitude environments of 3000-5000 meters must usually be considered.
