Product Types

According to the enclosure material, it can be divided into stainless steel low-voltage cable branch boxes and non-metallic (SMC) low-voltage cable branch boxes.

Stainless Steel Low-Voltage Cable Branch Box

The stainless steel low-voltage cable branch box has a closed structure: Made of stainless steel plates with a thickness of not less than 2mm. The horizontal busbar is located in the middle of the box. It adopts bottom-in and bottom-out wiring. The box door is made of 2mm thick stainless steel plate bending and welding, and the box door opening angle is greater than 90 degrees;

Front manual operation, double-sided maintenance;

Protective grounding measures: A copper busbar is installed in the middle of the left side of the cabinet as a grounding busbar, with M8 grounding points and grounding marks;

Corrosion protection measures: All metal components have anti-corrosion capabilities, and the box is made of stainless steel.

Non-Metallic Low-Voltage Cable Branch Box

The non-metallic low-voltage cable branch box has a closed structure: Made of 4.0mm thick, high-strength, and aging-resistant SMC plastic molding. The horizontal busbar is located in the middle of the box;

Operation mode: Front Manual operation;

Corrosion protection measures: The box is made of SMC resin composite material. SMC resin composite material uses unsaturated resin as the matrix and fiberglass as the skeleton, which is formed at high temperature. It has light weight, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, good sealing performance, safety and beauty, and has all-weather protection functions, which can meet the needs of various harsh environments and places in outdoor engineering projects.

Usage and Maintenance Notices

Operation, maintenance, and inspection of this product must be performed by qualified electrical personnel;

Reliable sealing measures should be adopted at the cable entry and exit points to ensure safe operation;

Circuit breakers should be regularly maintained;

Dust cleaning should be carried out at least once a year on the inner and outer surfaces of the branch box, especially the surface of the insulation parts;

After 5 years of operation, the insulation level of the main and auxiliary circuits of the branch box should be tested;

When maintaining and inspecting, please ensure that the branch box is de-energized.
